My Chemical Romance ha decidido capturar la esencia de su impresionante show con un álbum que contará con CD y DVD, y las buenas noticias son que dicha edición tendrá parte del show que ofrecieron en el Palacio de los Deportes el pasado mes de octubre. El material se titulará "The Black Parade is Dead!" y será lanzado al mercado el 24 de junio. El DVD fue filmado, como decíamos antes, en el Palacio de los Deportes, en el concierto que ofrecieron el 7 de octubre, así como una presentación más íntima en el pequeño foro Maxwell´s de Hoboken, Nueva Jersey. "The Black Parade is Dead!" podrá ser adquirido en una edición limitada en forma de ataúd, hecha de madera de pino, con una máscara pintada a mano creada por un miembro de la banda y autografiada. Contará también con un certificado de autenticidad que los Romance bautizaron como "Death Certificate of Authenticity". El bajista Mikey Way declaró para Billboard que los shows que incluirán en el DVD han sido de los más memorables que han ofrecido en su carrera. Comenta que "los chicos en el show de la Ciudad de México incluso sobrecargaron el PA y sus gritos eran ensordecedores."

Así que ya saben, si asistieron a este especial concierto, no esperen a comprar el CD/DVD, pues su voz y su euforia están capturados en este material.

My Chemical Romance 'Flatline'

My Chemical Romance have sent out a oblique message on their website, prompting fans to speculate on their future.

On TheBlackParade.com there is a repeated image of a hospital monitor's flatline and the message "00 BPM" on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

The band played as fictional group The Black Parade during their world tour earlier this year with singer Gerard Way telling the crowd on the opening night of a show in Plymouth: "We are The Black Parade."

Fans have suggested that the message does not indicate the end of the band but the end of the 'Black Parade' era.

On fansite Unleash The Bats, user Differentmind wrote: "I actually think that is pretty clever if they are referring to the fact that The Black Parade is supposedly dead."

Meanwhile Jennasie wrote: "It's because they will never play as The Black Parade ever again so they are like..dead. Flat lining."
